Suffering a serious injury to the spinal cord or to the brain is a hugely traumatic and devastating experience for both the individual concerned and his/her family. Recovery and rehabilitation from such an injury will place huge demands on physical and mental strength. If you have experienced such an injury, following your short term recovery you will need to seek Legal Advice as soon as possible to ascertain whether you can claim compensation for the trauma and injuries you have suffered, including advice on the following:
1. What damages you can expect to recover by way of compensation?

Investigating your accident
The Legal Process can be a daunting one and it is our policy to make life as easy as possible for you during a difficult time. You have no obligation to us after your first consultation with us and we can attend at either your house or a location of your choosing. We have put together a team of investigators who will be in a position to reconstruct the circumstances of your accident and offer clear professional advice as to the fault or otherwise of the third party. Ideally we would like to investigate the circumstances of the accident as soon as practicably possible while all the evidence is still available. Such investigations include the interviews of Gardai and Witnesses and where necessary the preparation of an Engineers Report on the locus of the accident. In certain circumstances we may be required to apply for an injunction to preserve the scene of an accident as many times vital evidence may be lost if a thorough and forensic examination of the scene is not carried out.
